FAQ - Before filming

I don’t want to be on camera, could you use a presenter?

In this case there are two options; use another member of your team or only record a voice interview. We don’t use presenters as it would drive up the cost of the packages significantly and would detract from the point of Streamme - it’s you that your customers want. We are happy to record a voice only interview and simply use more footage of your premises and products instead. We can either use your voice or, if you prefer, have your words read by a voice-over artist. This will add £150 to the cost of the package. However we have found on previous occasions that once we start chatting about customers business’ they feel more comfortable and happier to be filmed.

Do I need a script to present?

You do not need a script for the interview. We would like you to think about what you would like to say and generally prepare yourself, however we will ask questions that we feel will get the right results and guide you through the process.

I have a very small office that might not be suitable, can we film elsewhere?

We are used to filming in a variety of locations and can usually adapt to most rooms. However if you are not comfortable with us using the room or it really is too small then we can change to a different location. All you need to do is supply us with the appropriate address - as detailed in the information pack.

HD is the big thing at the moment, Can I have that?

Streamme do have the capability to produce stunning high definition videos. However, we would ask that you consider the usage of the video before deciding. D o you have the appropriate equipment to play it on? If your main use of the video will be on the Internet then it is highly unlikely it will ever be seen in high definition. We want to help you make the right choice for your business so feel free to talk to us about the decision. We offer a flat rate upgrade to high definition. Please contact us for more information.

I would like the JetStreamme package but do not have any existing clients. Could the video be filled with more information on what I do instead?

Our packages have been designed for different sizes of business and we know what works for each, in this case we still suggest that you opt for the MainStreamme package. Don’t be put off by the name or price; you still get the same high quality product that the other packages offer, but tailored better for your business.

We are a larger company interested in your pricing scheme but would like to have a longer video than your packages include, can you accommodate this?

I don’t have the cash flow to pay for an entire video, is there a payment plan?

Our normal terms are payment of 50% of the total at the time of order, with the balance on delivery. Alternatively, you can pay by credit card and spread the cost to suit the needs of your cash flow. If you need any further information about payment please contact us.
